Registration can be transferred to another person on case-to-case basis, if requested in writing by e-mail.
If cancelled up to one weeks before the event, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
If cancelled between one week and two days before the event, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
No refund is given if cancelled within two days of the event. However, exceptions may be made based on the following circumstances (Transaction fees charged would not be refunded/ reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction):
- Multiple payments for same services by error (e.g. An Individual paid the fee online but did not get the confirmation due to connection failure and he processed the payment again or Individual selected the wrong option).
- Due to genuine reasons where Individual can’t attend the event due to force majeure event
For Projects etc. the Refund policy is governed by MoU or agreement which has been entered into.
